INSTALLED TWO CEILING FANS ON PORCH
The clients enjoyed sitting on their front porch but wished there was a nice breeze blowing during those hot spring and summer days. I was able to remove the ceiling vinyl without any damage and install the proper metal ceiling fan light boxes rated for 75lb fans. Caught power off a porch receptacle that was GFCI protected, making the installation safe and professional.
CIRCUIT BREAKER REPLACEMENT
One of the projects I'm most proud of. Old panel breakers can become obsolete and a fire hazard. The removal of them and installation of AFCI/GFCI breakers can be tedious, but it's very important for electrical safety. My Aesthetically Pleasing replacement will improve electrical safety for many years to come.
